From the Swindon Orbital ring-road heading north, pass the Orbital Shopping Park (Asda etc.) on the right, continue past the next junction with The Blunsdon Arms (on the left), to the junction beyond and make a right turn.  After about 175 yards, at the roundabout, continue straight over.  After another approximately 100 yards, at the mini-roundabout, turn left into the small village centre shopping area, where The Abbey Mead pub can be found in the far-left corner, to the left side of the small Tesco store.
