The Wiltshire County Chess Association (WCCA) oversees the major clubs within the Wiltshire county (Chippenham, Devizes, Swindon, Trowbridge etc.) and supervises the Wiltshire League inter-club competion among other things:

(note that while Salisbury falls within Wiltshire, the Salisbury Chess Club doesn't normally take part in the WCCA's Wiltshire League due to the larger travel distances involved)
